服務簡介
在 普 通 幼 稚 園 暨 幼 兒 中 心 內 ， 為 輕 度 殘 疾 幼 兒 提 供 訓 練 和 照 顧 ， 以 協 助 他 們 將 來 融 入 主 流 教 育 及 社 會 。
轉介程序
* 康 復 服 務 中 央 轉 介 系 統 接 受 家 長 為 兩 歲 以 下 的 兒 童 預 早 登 記 輪 候 幼 稚 園 暨 幼 兒 中 心 兼 收 計 劃 服 務 ， 但 當 有 服 務 空 缺 時 ， 這 些 兒 童 必 須 要 符 合 基 本 入 讀 條 件 ， 包 括 年 齡 已 屆 兩 歲 ， 方 能 合 資 格 獲 得 服 務 編 配 。
Integrated Programme in Kindergarten-cum-Child Care Centre
It provides training and care to children with mild disabilities in an ordinary kindergarten-cum-child care centre with a view to facilitating their future integration into the mainstream education as well as in the society.
Application Procedures：
Referrals can be made by social workers or staff of rehabilitation service units to the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services of the Social Welfare Department. The application is free of charge. The applicant should report to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) immediately in case anyone offers to assist in application for placement in return for remuneration. Attempted bribery by any person is also an offence in law, SWD will refer the case to ICAC for investigation.
